I am an interdisciplinary artist who has resided in and worked out of Chicago, USA, since 2018. I received welding training and an AWS certification from Chicago Women in Trades in 2023 and am currently a BFA candidate at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
My work currently explores historical and contemporary meanings of what it is to be queer, how social deviancy has shaped personal and collective histories, and how manipulation of images could create queerer present and future possibilities. My work is based primarily in found objects, archival documents, and lens-based media.
